- 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
- 1 cup fresh or frozen banana
- 4 peeled kiwi fruit
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup Ice
- Combine all the ingredients in the blender and blitz for 1 – 2 minutes.
- Serve chilled.
